One record per stand. From sale to dismantling.
Expofold is being built for fair organisers who sell floor space and need control over what happens on it: sales, exhibitor deadlines, approvals and build-up.
A fair is a chain of decisions
Which stand is free. Who asked for it. Who holds it, and until when. What the exhibitor still owes. Which plans need review. Who may enter the hall, and when the stand is ready.
Today those answers live in spreadsheets, inboxes and printed plans, and nobody sees all of them at once. Expofold keeps them on one record per stand, so every team reads the same truth.
What is built, and what is planned
- Create a fair edition and add its halls from a hall template.
- Show every stand as free, on hold, reserved, sold or blocked, with list prices.
- Hold a stand for an exhibitor, release it, and record a request.
- Set exhibitor deadlines and see each one's state per exhibitor.
- Offers and contracts with the signed document on the stand.
- Exhibitor sign-in, manual and stand-linked service orders.
- Stand design submission and a recorded review decision.
- Contractor passes, vehicle slots, build-up and dismantle windows.
- Inspection, defects and completion sign-off.
- Organiser invoices, credit notes and revenue reporting.
In development means built and tested on our own systems. It is not open to customers yet. Pilot organisers use it first. We publish no dates for planned work.
The organiser keeps the money
The organiser invoices its exhibitors for stand space. Suppliers invoice exhibitors for their own services. Expofold holds nobody's money and takes no fee on those sales.
People decide, Expofold records
Expofold never approves a stand design or signs a contractor review. The venue's or organiser's named competent person decides, and the record shows who it was and when.
Hungary first, three languages
English, Hungarian and German from the start. Hungary is the first market. Fairs elsewhere in Central Europe are welcome in the pilot.
Running a fair edition in 2027?
We are looking for a small number of organisers to run Expofold on one real edition, with a written scope and our support at each step.
